Marilee's Grand Re-Opening

Marilee’s Bridal and Special Occasions celebrated their 20^th anniversary on Thursday, February 28th with an “Open House Cocktail Party.”  After 20 years of successful business, they re-opened the “NEW” Marilee’s store, located at 1507B Pelham Street in Fonthill. 

Although Marilee’s has always offered their customers a lovely store ambiance in which to shop, the store has recently gone through a remarkable update.  To match their NEW “luxe” offering of bridal gowns, evening gowns, bridesmaid and flowergirl dresses, the store has updated the décor in shades of charcoals, light greys, and barely off whites, along with the addition of crystal chandeliers and light fixtures.

Marilee’s also took the opportunity to celebrate their new clothing lines, offered by Marilee‘s exclusively and cannot be purchased anywhere else in Ontario.  Marilee’s signature is top quality fabulous designs named “Affordable Luxe.”  “We only look expensive”, says Mary Marr, owner of Marilee’s Bridal and Special Occasions.  “In fact, our prices are lower than the average prices of advertised popular gowns on the market today.  We are delighted to be able to offer such extraordinary exclusive gowns at the prices that we do”.

Marilee’s is also gearing up to announce their NEW WEDDING TEAM, most of which were also in attendance at the Grand Re-Opening party. Mary Marr is thrilled to have successfully formed her own Wedding Team comprised of the “best of the best” in the wedding industry in Niagara.  “Our team is ready and waiting to fulfill and exceed every bride’s expectations of her dream wedding.  We have put together amazing offers to gift every bride who visits our store.”

Marilee’s has partnered with Blake Belcher and Roofers Plus Canada to help raise funds for the Niagara Children’s Centre Foundation.  “It has been exciting to have the privilege of working with Blake Belcher in giving publicity to this cause.”  Marilee’s is contributing $25 to the Foundation for every bridal gown sold since early January until the main Bond Black Tie event on April 5^th.  They have also been collecting donations from the public and entering them into a draw for two free tickets, complete with complimentary dressing up by Marilee’s and limo service to the event.  The lucky winner’s name was drawn by Blake at the cocktail party.  The winner, Christina D’Onofrio, was in attendance at the party to receive her very special prize!
